Gencon, Saturday! Lacking the glowing eyes but nice and fresh in the makeup department. I attached my previous mask to a styrofoam head and carried it around in a bucket all day.

Gencon 2011 was great! And Aradiabot 2.0 was a big hit, I think. This photo hasn’t been shopped, believe it or not — the condensation inside my goggles made my eyes glow like mad in certain pictures.

So if I were looking for a metallic silver sort of facepaint / makeup, what would be the best brand to go for? Ben Nye seems like the go-to brand for regular troll makeup, but that shades of gray I’ve been seeing on tutorials just don’t look metallic enough. Help a robot out?

You’re welcome! Can’t take credit for the picture quality though, since most of the ones that got snapped were taken by my shoulder guides (boyfriendo and internet buddy). The mask kinda interfered with quality photography. :(
